What happens once you receive payment? We will endeavor to e-mail you the gift voucher you have purchased within 24hrs of receiving payment. It is supplied as a PDF and the name to whom its for is left blank for you to fill in
How long does the voucher last for? - The voucher stays valid for 8 months.
How do we book the flight using the voucher? - Once you have a date and time in mind give us a call or e-mail londontours@charter-a.com and tell us. Providing the helicopter is free we simply send you a confirmation e-mail confirming date, time, directions and what you need to bring on the day.
What if the weathers poor? - We monitor the weather up to 24 hours prior to your flight and will notify you in advance if visibility is going to be poor - thereafter we give you two options (unlike most) we'll happily refund you or book you in for another date.
